Social Networking

Social networking is really popular right now and incredibly revolutionary... It changes the entire way we socialize, at the click of a button! Seriously! Haha, It's really cool to think websites like facebook, twitter, myspace, all came in my lifetime! But I came upon a site thats different then twitter, different from facebook and everything else. Instead of an overall social networking website, it's social networking with a very specific topic. Social networking that revolves around one thing. And this one thing just happens to be something I enjoy very much...

This website is called Steepster. And it's specifically and only for tea lovers! Here, you write are connected to an online tea journal. You can share a log of teas you drink, include ratings, tasting notes and preparations of details like steep times and temperatures. It's also easy to find teas to try by showing you what your friends are drinking. And by friends, we mean people you follow on and who follow you on Steepster. You have discussions, which talk about ideas, tea-tips, preparation ideas, promotions, and interesting ideas. It's a fun place to talk about tea! Simple and easy to use, I recommend you trying out Steepster!

Zoya Wonderful Collection!

Zoya Shawn
There’s a Kelly in this collection and I think its good that they didn’t name this green Kelly. I mean that’s just so typical! Anyways on to the colour, this is two coats of a dark camo green! I didn’t really think I liked greens until Jade is the New Black came out and I saw the Chanel Khaki collection. If your looking for a trendy green but can’t afford Chanel’s pricey nail polish this is a must. It’s just such a cool, flattering green. I wouldn’t normally gravitate towards this unique shade but this colour is really something else!

Zoya Cola
Cola is named perfectly. It’s brown. A dark brown, like a milk chocolate covered brown. This is actually a pretty colour! Haha, okay I sound a little surprised but I wouldn’t normally paint my nails brown. It just never really crossed my mind. When I think painting my nails I think reds, blues, pinks, purples, crazy colours but this brown is seriously making me reconsider all of this! I love this so much I wore this as a manicure for three days. And for me, that’s a pretty big deal!

Zoya Stacy
Stacy is a raspberry very dark cream. One thing I like about this is in the dark it doesn’t look black! Although it is very dark. I’ve definitely seen this colour before but hey, its nice!

Zoya Kelly
Kelly is a dark charcoal gray. It is a LOT darker then it looks in the bottle but it’s a really nice colour! I don’t own a lot of dark grays! but gray is really a nice colour for nail polish! It’s different. I likeeey! Another bonus? A one coater

Zoya Kristi
Kristi is a bright red. And I mean, bright, bright red! After one coat there was V.N.L (visible nail lines) so I applied another one, so the red would maybe resemble something other besides a clowns nose, and the colour was a little darker. If your looking for a funky bright red, this is it!

Zoya Burke
Wow… this is a really ugly swatch… haha, I apologize! Well, Burke is a really typical colour I’ve seen a lot this season with OPI and now Zoya. It’s an interesting red with a touch of pink. It’s flattering. And needed 2 oats to avoid no visible nail lines.

OPI Swiss Collection, part 2! The creams!

Here we have it! The second half of the O.P.I Swiss Collection! I felt with the OPI Hong Kong Collection there was a lot of oranges. A lot of colours in the orange family. This, there are a lot of red creams. As much as it bothers me that there are 4 red creams, they are all really different and I do love myself a nice red! I just with there were more different colours. But lets see them on first and I’ll give you my thoughts. Then I wanna hear yours :)
OH! And if you didn't get a chance to catch the first half of the collection, click here!

From A to Z-urich
This was 2 coats so I could apply it evenly and without any patchy-ness. If that makes sense, hehe! It’s actually a raspberry dark cream that was absolutely gorgeous! I think it would look great on your toes as well as your hands!

Cool so Hot it Berns
This was a tomato red that was a ONE COATER! Such a cool colour if your looking for one of those super blood bright reds, this is for you! It’s really pigmented and not streaky, and great formula… typical for an OPI red or really any OPI colour!

I'm Suzi & I'm a Chocoholic
THIS IS SUCH A COOL COLOUR. I’m freakin out! This is a brown with a hint of red. Almost like a brick colour. It’s stunning. Although it was a little thick- it was 2 coats and an extra because I’m a perfectionist like that… hehehe honestly, this colour is SO cool and I love it. I have nothing like this colour! It’s super unique... If only they named it I'm Allie & I'm a Chocoholic... that seems to be more appropriate!

Just a little Rosti at this This was two coats, and still a raspberry shade similar to From A to Zurich but a lot darker, a pinkey-purple. It’s really flattering on my skin tone and a great color to wear during fall and winter if you like dark colours. Like me

William, tell me about OPI!
This is a dark vampy purple, which is STUNNING. If you like Linkin Park after Dark you will go crazy over this. I’m currently wearing this on my toes. It’s such a nice colour! I love this. This was 2 coats although if I wasn’t such a perfectionist I could’ve gotten away with one. This colour is a colour I’ve definitely seen before… but its so nice I wouldn’t mind having another.

Ski Teal We Drop
Picture a dark navy, with a little bit of green in it. This is NOT teal… even though the name says it is. This was 2 coats and it was a little thick but this is a really nice cool colour! I really like it! It was super flattering and those who want to do a dark colour that isn’t vampy and very interesting will love this!

SOOOOOO- Which ones are you liking? Which ones are a MUST and which ones are a BUST -_-
Let me know & comment below!!!
lots of love
have a great weekend

Kell on Earth

Those who have watched "the City" on MTV, know who Kelly Cutrone is. She is a fashion publicist and the founder of the public relationships, branding and marketing firm called People's Revolution. She's also written two books that have both become best sellers, If you have to Cry, Go outside: And Other Things Your Mother Never Told You. It debuted on the New York Times best seller list and received great reviews from critics.

Those who have had the opportunity to see her on MTV's The City or The Hills can say that she is brutal. And if you couldn't tell by the name of her book,  she is that straight-talking, won't take your bullshit, frightening boss. I could never work for someone like that! I would cry every time she yelled at me!

And she's come up with her own show! It's called "Kell on Earth" andI must say, those who originally judged her into thinking she was a huge biatch (don't worry I did too!) MUST watch this show! You get to see both sides of Kelly Cutrone, you see the tough boss, but the loving mother, and I must say she is a remarkable woman who really is amazing at what she does.  I have a lot of respect for her... although she still is frightening!!

So tell me, have you seen this show? What do you think of Kelly Cutrone? Love her? Hate her? Do you plan on watching her show?

Heres the link to her show if you are interested in watching:
